Strips of figured maple, SpectraPly, and dyed veneer were laminated together, then cut to form a rectangular turning blank.  The one-tablespoon scoop is made of polished stainless steel with a titanium nitride plating.  Unlike brass, the plating will not tarnish.

The scoop handle is finished with multiple coats of a durable polyurethane finish.

Use and Care Instructions:  Do not put the scoop in the dishwasher or allow it to soak in a sink.  Hand wash. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
