There are so many names we could have selected for this new bowl.  “Pathways” seemed like a good choice.

This beautiful bowl is of the type known as a Dizzy Bowl.  Dizzy Bowls are segmented bowls that are constructed from a series of rings, each containing an increasing number of pieces of wood.  The careful positioning of each ring produced the pattern that appears in the finished bowl.

The wall thickness of this bowl is 1/4″ or less.

Be sure to check out our Blog for an article and photos explaining the construction technique used to create this type of bowl.

The woods used in this bowl are walnut, maple, and SpectraPly, which is a hardwood laminate formed from layers of pigmented birch veneer.

The bowl is finished with multiple coats of durable Danish oil, topped with several coats of a gloss polyurethane finish.

Use and Care Instructions:  Dust and fingerprints can be removed with a soft cloth.  Do not use the bowl to contain anything that retains moisture.
