This lovely bowl is turned from a single piece of black walnut.  The “natural edge” is the bark of the tree, which adds color and textural contrast to the bowl.

This bowl was finished with durable Danish oil.   Natural edge bowls are often used for decorative purposes, but it could be used to hold nuts, fruit, or candy.

Signed by the artist on the base, this bowl would make a lovely gift.

Use and Care Instructions:  Dust, smudges, and fingerprints can be removed with a damp cloth.  Dry the bowl promptly with a soft towel.  Do not use it to hold anything that retains moisture.
