Here’s a no-tech toy that’s fun for all ages. There’s nothing to plug in and no batteries to replace.

The base of this kaleidoscope is turned from figured maple. The kaleidoscope mechanism has 24k gold plating and incorporates a wand with sparkles, stars, moons, and hearts floating in green oil. Look through the eyepiece of the kaleidoscope and watch the patterns form as the pieces float down through the oil. Then turn the wand over and repeat. Easy and fun for kids big and little.

Wand is 6-1/8″ long.
